As lifelong Cedar Falls residents raising their two kids in the neighborhood they grew up in, Zeb and Heather bring both local heart and professional expertise to every shoot. Heather’s years in real estate give her an insider’s perspective on what agents, buyers, and sellers need most, while Zeb’s background in engineering, teaching, and now real estate adds technical precision and fresh vision.

Together, they love helping people see not just a property, but the life that can unfold inside it.

ZEB discovered his passion for aerial photography in 2016 with his very first drone. What began as a hobby quickly became a way to see the world differently—and to help others do the same.

With a background in engineering and teaching, and now as a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX, Zeb brings a mix of curiosity, precision, and creativity to every project. He loves capturing the big picture while honoring the details that make each property unique. For him, every flight and every photo is about giving people a new perspective on what home can be.

HEATHER's love for photography began when she was gifted her first professional camera, amazed at what it could capture. Since then, she’s spent over a decade growing her craft and using it to connect people to places in a meaningful way.
